Ajwan accepts returns of unopened and undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. To return a product, you must contact Ajwan customer service for a return authorization number (RAN). You must then return the product to Ajwan in its original packaging and with the RAN clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Ajwan will refund the purchase price of the product, minus shipping and handling fees, to your original method of payment.
